I started out as a young Saturday boy at 14 and then joined as an apprentice in the Burton on Trent salon at the age of 16. In 1992 I came with Giles, as a young stylist as he opened the salon Lichfield.

In 1997, I became joint owner with Giles, and we have worked hard to make the business the success it is today. I have worked on the BBC Clothes Show and Clothes Show Live and trained with the Wella academy, Vidal Sassoon and many more. But one of the best things about this job is the great rapport I have with my clients. I love chatting to and getting to know my clients. I also enjoy the challenge of transforming a new client’s image through my creative cutting, and the skills of our fantastic colour technicians.
